The first one is a little abstract with the inclusion of the hand holding a fireball. Cool image, but definitely elicits a "wtf" response.
The second implies hostility or chaos, as if the caster of the fireball bears malicious intent for ... the lady drinking the cat's water. I guess it more depends on the context of your forum more than which one is cooler.

It's a good idea to make a new thread rather than post in someone elses, for future reference. Are you trying to put the image in a post? If so, click the Insert Image Icon  and then paste the direct link in it, click ok. If you want an image elsewhere, you need to let us know where you want the image. |

I am a little late here but I do like option 2 better but it still seems to be missing the wow factor.
This could just be me but I feel that you are capable of touching it up and making an even better option three! Especially cause it is for a site you wanna make sure it is a knock out to attract members. YES, I like base two but push yourself and see what you can make happen!
