it used to just say Private Browsing, i didnt know New Private Window was the same thing

Thanks. I see you're using firefox on a Mac, so I had Michael do a test since he has access to a mac. When he visited the posting page he seems to experience the opposite of what you outlined. When he first visited the posting page, for a split second the message box looked like this from your screenshot:



and not even a second later it reverted to the usual look for the message box like:



Just to clarify, is this what you experience as well then?

yea, it happens only real quick which id rather not have but i do alot of modifying threads almost everyday, every month. being on my site doing whatever and always going into the modify page or even the Create Thread page, i sometimes start 40 or 50 threads a day, i want to just have a clean page load

Unfortunately it's due to some of the modifications that you have made to the theme. I'd recommend making a new topic in the Templates board since this appears to be only an issue on Firefox for Mac, since it does not happen on the Windows version. You could possibly give it a try with Safari just in case that'll work out better for you

So you're saying on a brand new untouched theme it still does this? It doesn't on any of my test forums, or here on support.

here it is, i took the pics just now, just the headers/footers are the same, 2 tables thats all. the theme is still on my site, its not the default if you wanted to check

The reason is because of your template modification as Ricky stated above.

noones gonna help me in the templates board or probably even know where to look. threads go unanswered, i have no idea, i tried some stuff
