Info Center looks different when logged out

I've had the info center hidden from guests since I converted so I'm just now noticing this problem & honestly don't know how to fix it. I'm not sure if I possibly messed up something while modifying it or what.

This is what is looks like to logged in members...(what it should look like)


And this is what it looks like to anyone not logged in.


Any idea as to what could be causing it to look different? I have it hidden again for now but here is the site.

It looks like the HTML of your info center was changed at some point.  Here is the default HTML, you can replace this on Admin Area > Themes > Layout Templates > Home.  Alternatively, you can just click 'reset this template to default' on that page to achieve the same affect.
