Sidebar Redux Plugin or Banner help [RD]

Hi,

A few days ago, my forum looked just the way I wanted it to. The sidebar redux plugin was beside the welcome banner...meaning the sidebar and the welcome banner shared the site width. But just recently, for some reason(and I didn't really change anything. I just logged in to find it that way), the banner is now above everything. The sidebar and the boards are below the welcome banner. In that way...ALL banners I made for a specific size now doesn't fit.

Can someone help me put the sidebars beside the welcome banner(to the left)

BTW - not sure if I'm supposed to post it here...I know this involves a plugin (maybe?) but I can't seem to create a thread in that board. XD

P.S. I'll PM you our site if you're willing to help. (I hope the secrecy is alright, since everything is a bit hush hush as of the moment )

I just want to update everyone, the Welcome Banner Above Ad plugin has been enabled, that's the reason why the welcome ad was showing up above everything else.
