This might help me with my question. Its just that i don't know what to do to fix it.  Can you tell what to put and where, to get rid of the [rlight] in the last post column?




While I am thinking of it. I use the Thread Descriptions plug in. Is there a way I could target it to put the image in that field instead of the title field?

It normally works in last post column, however since you added the portal the "home" page is no longer the forum so it just isnt running there anymore. I need to make a small edit.

Oh, ok. It never crossed my mind that it was the custom page doing that. I got daring and added it. Do you know if those widgets can be altered? I'd rather the Recent Threads showed who made the last post instead of who started the thread. Just wondered.

Did you get rid of the second one, because i can' find it? lol

I didnt change anything in the admin panel. I just logged in because guests couldnt see the last posts of the board you were pointing me at. I submitted 1.2.6 earlier, but I dont know if it got published yet.

When you add a portal page to a forum, it changes the "home" page to be the portal page and changes the board listing to be "forum". the code was told to just run on "home" pages when dealing with that last post cell. I just had to add in "portal" to the list. When I wrote that, not many people were using portals.

I will look again. could be my chache hadnt updated from the last time I was on. that goes back to that quarantine issue you were having where it still kept trying to run the older version that wasnt actualyl there anymore.

It could be there. I have a lot of plug ins but I did look for it. Usually your plug ins automatically delete the previous version when upgrades. But I could have missed it. I do have a few plug ins in there.

They USED to automatically delete the old versions, but that isnt always the case anymore. I just looked again and only saw the one version, so it might have just been cached in my browser.

Just grabbed and installed the update. It works! And I looked and sure enough, it left the older one behind. I had noticed that in the past but didn't think that much about it. Some change must have taken place that made that feature no longer work.

Thanks for the quick fix.
