Change both quick reply and full reply boxes?

Is there any way for the full reply box to replace the quick reply box? My members have the desire to frequently post pictures and things and it would be easier to have the full reply functionality without having to click to a new page.

Also is there a way to change the full reply box, the part I'm typing into right now, so that it's smaller and doesn't take up an entire screen length? It's annoying having to page down in order to send my post. Something that starts off with 10 or so lines and expands for longer posts would be ideal!

Does this exist somewhere already? If so, I apologize, I did search but couldn't find anything like what I'm looking for.

A quick reply is exactly that; a quick way to reply.
There is a plugin to add bbcode images to it so it'd make posting images easier, unless you and your members use attachments.. ?

I'm hoping to swap out the quick reply with the full reply... yes my members use attachments- they aren't really tech savvy enough to upload their pics to an online host and then just link to the picture. I understand the benefits of a quick reply box in certain circumstances, it just isn't the ideal in my situation.

I don't understand why they can't just click one time to go to the full reply page, that's all it is. 1 click

We have people with dial up who live in the boonies, among other things- it's a pain to keep loading pages for them. Does this mean there's nothing currently around that will provide this functionality?

As it stands, not that I have seen no. I could be wrong though.
Not even sure if it's possible to move the attachments button from the full reply page to the quick reply, as well as the other stuff such as "add poll" button, and event, and then the gears icon with all of its options.

The full reply page is heavily specific to its own particular page and cannot be added in place of the quick reply. Sorry.
