How do you change the color of the black bar in this screen?  How do you change the colors of the 'Create Thread'/'Reply' buttons in this screen?  Thanks for any help!  |

Go to Admin Area > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, then find Body (Content) > Tabs > Background Color
On the same page, find Body (Content) > Containers > Title Bars > Buttons > Background Color
