Changing group titles to images

im trying to use this code to change Administrator to an image & its not seeming to work here i dont know if im just too tired and its a sign i need to just go to bed, which i am after this post, or if im actually typing something wrong. Or if im using the wrong code or what. Im trying to change the Administrator & the star to this image.

You need to change the double quotes around the url to single quotes. Edit, also, it  looks like you need to change the blue to double quotes.
