Inserting a selected plugin

I'm at a loss her on what your saying to do. I got to the wrapper area but pasted the info from the plug in and nothing works.

I need more of a step by step walk through on what your meaning ok?

I tried adding what shows in the plugin information regarding the clock.
Is there someone who can tell me what line to enter and how to do it step by step?
I'm wasting to much time with back and forth messages.

go into forum wrapper, look for a part that looks like that, and replace it with I just put there

where I put it is just an example of where you COULD put it. it doesnt HAVE to go there.
