Inserting a selected plugin

Where does this code go to show the members ranking on posting activity plugin on the site:
<span class="post_act">Registered: $[user.registered_on]</span>
It states that the word registered can be replaced but, what would you replace it with?

If an administrator can add this line code for me I'd appreciate it and thanks in advance.

1. You could replace it with Join date: or whatever you want,but just the blue part:

<span class="post_act">Registered: $[user.registered_on]</span>


2. I think you can do it. I'll talk ya through it or someone else can,  but you need to take a look at your mini-profile and decide where you want it.

If you don't want the date to show at all there is a way to do that as well

I wanted it to show under the individuals avatar location or in that block location if possible. I'm under the impression that can be done. Yes, you'll have to walk me through it or have one of our fine wizards on here to access my site and change it up.
If I'm not on track where this plugin can go, please let me know where and we'll put it there.

Hey dotbogie, I'm going to let Wormopolis help you on this. I'm not even familiar with this code of Wormo's and I'm having difficulties getting it to work on my V5 site.

It's not there because I don't know where or how to do it. I selected that plugin as stated in earlier comments but, failed on knowing where it goes etc.

I did all I know what to do in the plugin section and am at a stand still now.

you need to go into your templates and add that part.

admin panel->structure->layout templates

registered date isnt in the mini-profile by default so you need to add it.

I was in that area but, wasn't sure exactly what line it was supposed to be placed on. Not real code line savy here.

for starters, place it below where it displays the posts. that way you can see what it does. you can essentially move it anywhere inside that div you want though.

I placed in the right place luckily I guess. Thank you so much.
Now, I have the clock plugin and would like the easiest place to put it. Is this another mini profile edit or where does this go?

I'm wanting it right next to the log in on that information bar. I think it would look the best there.

so in the temnplate editor, select the forum wrapper. look for the login/logout stuff at the top. insert in the liveclock tag that the instructions have
