Floating Chatbox

My forum. At the bottom yull see a chatbox. Been trying to find a code to make the cbox float on the leftside. When I scroll down I wish for it to scroll with the page. What code will let me do this?

Also one other small question. At the top where I have the picture it says Forum on it. How do I alter that to be the name of my forum?

My suggestion would be go to the Plugin Library and find a sidebar plugin called "Redux" then follow the installation guidelines, follow the instructions for making it float or fixed and add your code for your cbox into the plugin.
