I downloaded a plug-in, enabled it, but don't see it

I downloaded the Live Clock icon, uploaded it to 'manage', enabled it, but I don't see the clock.

I'm new to plug-ins. I don't know how to do that.

I changed my mind about the Live Clock and just want the gallery for now. I installed it, but when I 'enable' it, it distorts all the boards and all the avatars disappear and the posts are centered on the page.

I want the mood smilies too, but haven't uploaded those yet. Would you show me how to insert the tags?

Profile Moods? That requires a custom profile field to start with.

Yeah, I don't know anything about programming. I downloaded the spoiler tags, uploaded them to my forum,and they don't work, so I disabled it. I posted about it on the board support. Could someone go to my forum and fix it so that the tags work?

Profile moods dont need any programming. you just need to setup a custom profile field under members in the admin panel. make it a dropdown type, and put in a few moods like happy, mad, sad

then in the plugin settings, you setup the same choices, and give it the url of an image. when the members selects a mood on their profile, and it matches the name of one of your images, it gets replaced by the image.

Now, how do I resize the mood emoticons? Right now, they replace the avatars, and instead, I would like them to appear smaller beneath the avatar. Is there a way to do that?

ok see I was under the impression you were using the profile moods.


The images are completely customizable. you just have to replace them with smaller images. as for replacing the avatar, that was the intended purpose. I have to make a mod to have it put a second avatar under there, but it was sorta the purpose to replace the avatar for that particular post

Oh, then I'll probably remove it 'cause I wanted a small emo that would go beneath the avatar.

I really like those mood emos though. On second thought, I'll probably keep them there and if the members like them and don't mind their avatar being replaced, they can use them.
