spoiler tags don't work

I uploaded the tags and enabled them, and the spoiler icon does appear, but the tags don't work properly. I asked about it on the Board Support forum and uploaded an attachment of how it looks.

I also perused this forum looking for instruction, but I don't know about programming. 

I have disable the plug-in on my forum because it was not working. Could someone go to my forum and fix it?
