If you're talking about your sidebar question, it says it was MOVED (it was posted on the incorrect board). Even the thread title says it was. It automatically locks after that.

weird.. I couldnt even see that thread when I was looking on the phone earlier...

so to add to what moonbeam said, your question was less a question of support for the sidebar plugin and more of a general question on how to add a plugin/shoutbox. moving it doesnt mean anything bad, it was just housekeeping trying to keep the library support board narrowed down to specific plugin issues.
