I just got through reviewing all the plugins that were submitted over the weekend. For future reference, when you submit a plugin, you should give it an appropriate name (not '1BlackOut'), a description that clearly describes what the plugin does (not '..............'), and a picture that is relevant to your plugin (commonly this is a picture of the plugin in action, a settings page, or a name placard of some kind). In your particular case, I would probably try to include in your description some reasoning as to why a forum admin would want to include your particular chat room, especially if there's no one that's going to be online as an 'operator' at all times.
