users can still disable javascript to bypass any plugins/codes. to prevent this you can use this: Hide Forum When Javascript Is Disabled.pbp (690 B) this'll keep the main part of the forum hidden if anyone has JS disabled in their browser. |

Plugins don't run on the mobile version so there is nothing you can do about that. (which is what I think will have happened)
A plugin to disable the invisible option or to stop the forum loading if JS is disabled won't work and there's no way round that. Sorry.
Can you give me your forum URL to check it out.

If your tech person can trace that it wasn't done via mobile, can you ask him/her to let you know what browser they where using and let me know.
