that rule says all guests, all boards, approved by 5 members
Right
all banners are suppressed unless you are one of the 5 members listed as approvers, so you might not be seeing banners if you arent one of them. if you only want to quarantine members under 4 posts, there should only be one rule.
I'm one of the 5, but yes I see the banners. I logged out to check it as a guest and then saw nothing after clicking the link. It works. The problem is that every thread the owner/admin starts is quarantined. He has 6 quarantined and I have the rule set to 1. Why is it quarantining his threads?
