indeed, no quarantine data is set on that post. when you select manual quarantine from the drop down, does it give any error?

No, I just click the quarantine and nothing happens. So I refresh and still no evidence of anything happening.

I've made the site HUGELY guest friendly (Well I hope it is anyway) So I need to make sure that it all works.

the best way to test it, would be to make yourself an alternate account so you can try out the different rules on it./ the admin account sees all posts regardless of quarantine rules, so if you make an alternate account you can see what it looks like to other people.

The quarantine plug in stop new members from being able to create new threads if the "new thread" option isn't checked because I have a member telling me that the create thread option wasnt there for him to use. The only thing I've done isMark it to effect all users with under ten posts. It's also kind of glitchy. I've even had to un quarantine some of my posts at times.

Also I'm not sure if this is a site issue but im trying to manage my plugins and the site isn't letting me and when ever I try to edit them today, they all show the yellow caution sign and aren't able to be edited

Quarantine doesn't prevent anything. It just puts the banner on the post if it falls under a rule. If your member is being kept from making a new thread, it isn't from this plugin.

And explain "its kind of glitchy". That doesn't really help me. What do you consider to be a glitch?

Glitchy meaning I was not able to adjust any of my plugins to make any corrections but that's taken care of. One of the main problems I'm finding that is confusing because the proboard app doesn't really allow for many admin controls is that it's pending approval comments for some long time members when the only adjustment I made is for it to quarantine any body with under 10 posts, I also find that it quarantines my posts from time to time when I check it on desktop, I can see this, how can I make it so that only new members with under 10 posts , posts are quarantined.

Wormopolis, I am having issues with setting this up on another site.

I copied the rules from my site, and set the member posts to 1, since it is a new site, but the owner has made at least 4 posts since installation and its quarantining them all. Seems to be his new threads. I made a reply and it was fine.

I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Sorry to be a bother.

that rule says all  members, all boards, approved by 5 members - typically this setup is used for manual quarantines, but no manual quarantine allowed members are listed

that rule says all guests, all boards, approved by 5 members


all banners are suppressed unless you are one of the 5 members listed as approvers, so you might not be seeing banners if you arent one of them.  if you only want to quarantine members under 4 posts, there should only be one rule.
