You need to adhere to the 24 hour bumping rule.

If someone uses the mobile app to post, Quarantine doesnt run.

I  posted and bumped after 10 days.

I last posted on Nov 19, 2014.

10 days later is not bumping 7 minutes later.

I do obey the bumping rules.

So, PQ does not work when a person uses their smartphone/cell phone(to post on a forum)?

Item #2 PQ wants me to approve of my posts. I am the admin.

if someone is using the moble app, NO plugins run. this has been true since V5 came out. If they are using desktop versions of browsers on their phone, then the plugin will run.

Sorry if this has been already answered, I'm learning to create the forum for a non-profit organization. 

We need to moderate every post (non-staff) by moderators or global moderators or admins. 

It does not matter even if the person had 100 posts to their credit, it still has to be moderated before it is displayed for the forum.

I have installed Post Quarantine and Post Quarantine Companion plugins. 

How should the rule be implemented in the plugin to moderate every post and get notification for moderators? I failed to get this implemented on my own.

you will want to set up a rule that lists every board, leave the post count blank, choose the approvers, also will probably want to list the same approvers as exclusions so their own posts dont get quarantined.

With above settings I'm assuming all posts will be notified to admin for moderating. Testing a pseudo account via android firefox browser (desktop view) and it does not seem to show the quarantine banner like on the desktop.

key read should be set to everyone otherwise posts wont be quarantined except for staff

Wormopolis, I have a question. I don't know if this is something new or something that was always there and I never noticed, but I had someone on quarantine. Another poster pm'd me because they thought their browser was acting up because they could see that the quarantined person posted in a thread, but not see the post. My guess would be they saw the name in the last post column.

Is that new or was that always possible? It kind of gives things away if people can see that someone posted, yet there is no post when then click to read it. Just wondered. Thanks

if you have banner suppressed it hides the post. I never wrote in anything to take care of the dozen other places it might show. its on the list of turnip blood.

Wormopolis, Something strange has started happening a few minutes ago. I'm getting quarantine flags from old posts. 5 so far and in one thread when I go in, to look it seems to trigger another flag.

I haven't changed anything in the plug in. When I hover the banner it just says quarantine per rule 4 guest, But two of the quarantines are threads I started with no replies.

were they edited? unless someone edited them, they wouldnt be able to have a key added to them.  or someone is manually writing keys to posts.

I don't think so. Its up to 33 now. Can you tell if they are manually written?
If I go to one of the threads with a quarantine, it triggers it to quarantine again. And it gives the date of jan 2. but if I don't go to the threads, they are dated dec 5 even though the threads pr posts were started back in April or other times.

I removed the ability for anyone else to quarantine. Only me. And new ones are still showing up.
