Display Quick Reply on final page of thread only

Hi

I'm looking at the Thread and Post List templates, and I can't find the info I need (for example, the current page number and the number of pages in a thread, or the id of the last post on the current page) to enable me to hide the quick reply on all pages except the final page of a thread.

Any ideas?

Hi, 5hatnersbassoon.

This would probably need to be done with the use of a plugin, although I'm not sure if we return the current and total page number when changing pages for use in Javascript. I'm sure someone could do it though.

How does the pagination control know which page it's on?

It likely grabs what's already on the page, then changes or copies it. I personally wouldn't know as I didn't author the plugin.
