code for the label function

I'm wondering what the actual code is and wondering is it already installed or is it a plugin

Hi, Misaka.

Labels can be added in Structure > Categories & Boards via your boards' settings. Once they've been added, visit a board and check the box next to a thread, or view one of your threads and you'll have a Labels option in your Actions dropdown.

how can I move it to the right instead of the left?

Find this section.
