Different banner every 24 hours

Is it possible to make a plugin that changes the banner every 24 hours and chooses them from a list of image URLs?

are you wanting it to change every single day? you could make it change based on day of the week, but this idk.

are you wanting it to change every single day? you could make it change based on day of the week, but this idk.

I want to have it change every single day from a list of dozens. There was a code for it on V5 PB but it doesn't work anymore.
