I have a forum where people can come and learn about the game and anime, so I need a Pokemon theme.

I have never requested a theme before and was hoping someone can help with this as I am a little stuck .

Is is there any special way you have to request one?

It's good to include colors you want, images you want included, how you want the board to layout, etc etc.
