Rearrange Toolbar Icons?

Hi, just wondering if this is possible and if so, how?  What I mean is rearranging their visual positioning, say shifting the 'Quote' button icon to the right of the 'Smiley' button etc etc.

Any help or redirection to other thread(s) already covering this subj. appreciated!

You'd need JavaScript to do this. If you're not great at coding, I'd recommend asking around over on the plugin board for some help.
