All member version of Quarantined post

I'm looking for a new version of Wormopolis's plugin "Post Quarintine". Really all I need is to change the code for it slightly, I think. I just need the same plugin, except I need to change it so that it will automatically apply to all members. Link to the place: www.pokemonrainbow.boards.net/thread/10/lab-register

This is the thread where I need it to happen. It's just so that I can have a sign up thread, but I was going to have it so that all post there get automatically quarantined so that a staff member has to approve it, and then they can get the info from it. Then when they approve the member will know. I don't know if it makes sense why I'm doing it but... Anyway, I just wanted to set the quarantined posts to just that board, but then automatically apply it to all new members when they join, instead of having to add each new one every time.

If anyone could kindly help me with this, that would be great. Thanks so much!

you can already do that with post quarantine

leave the members field empty, and set the post count to whatever you consider a new member post count should be. so like 5. then any member with less then 5 postcount will get their post flagged.

the difficult part will be determining what you consider a "new" member's post count. 5? 10? 20?
