Simple TemplateAdd a message to the bottom of the Create Thread Page Screenshot Go Admin - Themes - Layout Templates - Posting PageAnd DIRECTLY UNDER $[form.footer] Add the code below
ADD YOUR MESSAGE HERE

You can change the text size and colour - Perhaps add posting rules Steve Reminder you can always click to preview how it will look Before you click to save any changes to your template

Hiya @xsteveuk! Hope you are well.
I've noticed that when clicking to Edit button for a post or the Reply button to a post, the designated text shows there as well. Is it possible to have it only show up next to the BBCode tabs when one clicks the Create Thread tab?
Thanks

Thanks Hi, I'm well thanks I did have a look but I think as the way it's added next to the $[form.message.input] It will show when ever the form message is loaded - I'm not sure how to hide it when editing or when reply to post Unless any other has any suggestions on it could be hidden when editing and replying to to post. Steve

If there any way to limit the comment to Creating Threads without the comment appearing in replies? Thanks
