Display Name Change Prevention

I wasn't able to find a plugin that prevented users from changing their display names, so I was wondering if someone could make one that would prevent users changing their display name by default but allowing certain usergroups to change them, thanks.

i made this one, eventually i plan on making an option to allow only certain users to edit displaynames. for now it allows all staff groups to edit display names only.
