Plugin needed, automatic take to last seen post in thread

Need a plugin when you last looked at a thread that your taken straight to the last post you looked at instead of having to go through all the pages again. Is here one? or is it possible?

just click the little blue "new" button? and if that isnt there, you can click the last post cell itself and it goes to the last post in the thread.
