Keys are used to store plugin data, not to activate them. If you are having issue getting a plugin to work, take a look in the Plugin Library subboard for the plugin, and post in that thread, or if you can't find it, rename this thread with a descriptive title and let us know the plugin name. If you tag the plugin author here, they will be more likely to see it sooner.

any specific ones? most of them already have support threads setup for them. if NONE are working, there might be an underlying cause

Looking at your forum, you've got 4 plugins installed. Yootil Library, Monetary System, and Gold Shop are all currently disabled, and your fourth one, Welcome Header Below Ad, doesn't really do anything since your forum currently has ad free, and that plugin just moves location of the ad. Try enabling and configuring your plugins on this page: legendshacking.boards.net/admin/plugins/manage#manage-container-tab
