Hello, I wanted to change the posts date format to always show the full date, instead of sometimes saying "yesterday at xxxx" or "xxx hours ago". I want it always to look like "Jul 20, 2013 at x:xx". Is there anyway I can do that?. If so, where?

First of all, all timestamps will show the absolute timestamp if you hover over them. There is a plugin to do this, but I can't seem to find it right now…
