Sure, I'm just bringing it to your attention just in case it comes up in the future. Good to see that it's still getting attention.
I had it at the bottom before and I moved it to the top. I just moved it back to the bottom and no dice. I might try moving it around to see what happens.
Edit: Ok should I keep both plugins selected or just the latest one (should that be at the very bottom)?
It seemed to work in that thread and then I visited another one and then it happened again, very odd.

Only have one version installed at any one time, though any update 'should' replace the previous one...
So the new version failed too???

Couldn't get it to work either unfortunately. I have an idea, but it will take a little bit of rewriting. I'll try to get it done and working (hopefully) over the weekend.

Sounds cool.
I'm curious, are you experiencing the same thing? You were asking me if it were still happening to me. I wasn't sure if you were getting the same effect yourself or not.
Thanks again.

Nope, it was working fine on my test forum, but I didn't have anywhere near the amount of images you have, I doubt the images I am testing with are as large kb-wise, as yours, and the only reason this error can be happening is because the code is trying to resize the images before they have finished loading. So, I have two choices, add a delay into the plugin to wait for the images to load, or try using the load() event attached to the images, which FF doesn't particularly like, but I THINK I have fixed it without using a delay. Give this a go and let me know how it goes.

Seems to be working now. I tried it on different threads and it works. The first image on the recent posts page didn't want to do it, but the other images did. When I cycled back it reduced that too. A definite improvement! I have some feedback now. I get it to work for general use on the typical threads. I am curious however if it only works with certain image types or if the "recent posts" page makes it act differently now. thacmaster.proboards.com/posts/recentSee how the very first image (in the school thread) is at full size. Even clicking on that thread didn't reduce it, but going back a page and then going to it did. Nothing too huge but I thought it was worth mentioning. You also get the occasional anomaly like the photos on this thread here: thacmaster.proboards.com/thread/3050/resident-evil-7They generally load but occasionally don't. Again it's a definite improvement but I'm reporting it as I go along.

The first image in the first link is reduced on initial page-laod, and I can see no anomalies in the second link, unless I am missing something. What anomalies are you seeing? And which browser are you using?

I use Chrome and Mozilla.
I tried it on Mozilla and it didn't reduce. It could just be a random occurence.
Should I delete the other versions of the program? I don't have them checked but they are still there. Also should I have the program at the bottom? Top?
Nevermind I tried some other browsers and I figured it out.
I was using Comodo Dragon and IceDragon (which are a Comodo based version of Chrome and Mozilla) they use the same apps, but for some reason that plugin just works differently on those two browsers. I'm not sure if anything can be done about that, but I'm mentioning it so it is known.

Yes, delete all other versions. If you have to go back they can still be downloaded from the library.
Being at the top or bottom shouldn't matter, but try it at the bottom and see what happens.
I've never used any variations of FF other than the Mozilla's version. The plugin works faultlessly for me on IE11, FF, Iron (Stripped down Chrome) and Safari on a PC. I'd say that Comodo is using an older version of FF as a base, as this plugin definitely tripped up on FF a few versions ago, and it now seems to behave with the latest version. It's also possible that the other versions of the plugin are causing issues, as the function names are the same, and so the newer version MAY be triggering the older function, so you'd essentially be getting the same plugin as before.

Just tried IceDragon, and the plugin is working flawlessly on that too, for me at least.
Remove all versions of the plugin other than version 2.0.0 and do a hard refresh. Hopefully that will fix it.

Just to be thorough when you say hard refresh what do you mean? Just a normal refresh of the page after deleting the other plugins?
Also do I delete "plugins and plugin data" when I do the delete? I wonder if importing settings or anything like that of the sort might have caused any problems. I might just import the latest version again and try it.
Also are there any plugins that this might not play nice with?

A hard refresh is when you force the browser to reload the page from the ground up instead of using cached data.
To do that in FF hold down Ctrl and press F5. I believe that works in Chrome too, but I can't swear to that.
And yes, remove the plugins and data in this case, so you should ONLY have version 2.0.0 installed on your forum.

I removed the other versions and did the hard refresh. I still get the occasional one that doesn't reduce even after load on certain threads.
I uninstalled my other plugins out of curiosity to see if it works fine without it but it was the same. Hmm... it's odd that it does it on certain images in certain threads for the most part.
