I am having issue with shoutbox sound because all of the member's on my site saying they can't hear the sound when they are sending massagers with each other.
Can you tell me why this happening? Please fix it.

Hi, shaidsher. Plugins > Manage > Shoutbox SoundIn the Sound URLs tab, you haven't linked to a sound file online to play when a message is sent. You need to fill in those fields with links to valid sound files. |

Those URLs don't point directly at a sound file, they point at a download page to download a sound file. You'll want a URL that ends with something like .mp3 or .wav.
