Hey guys, I'm trying to copy and paste a meta tag onto my forum "homepage", how can I do this?

Hi, Baller95. You can find the section it's describing in Structure > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper. You'll want to place their code somewhere between the <head> and </head> tags.

Unfortunately, that's something server-side that you're unable to access. They want you to upload a file to the main folder of the ProBoards domain, which cannot be done.
