There is absolutely nothing in my sidebar that touches cookies, localStorage, or anything like that.
The only thing I can picture interfering with it is this code you've placed in your sidebar.
Try removing that temporarily and re-enabling the sidebar and see if the problem still occurs.
I should also mention that you have quite a bit of improper HTML in your sidebar left over from V4. I suggest looking through all 4 of your containers and getting rid of any tags that aren't being used, as well as making sure that everything that needs closing tags has them. Most of the tables you have in there essentially do nothing in V5 since their classes no longer exist and can be done without.

Hi skylarzenar58, I went ahead and removed the AddThis stuff for you, in case you went there and found it already gone. The Javascript being included is setting a bad cookie, which is triggering a very rare scenario in our internal cookie processing. I'm putting in a fix so this doesn't happen in the future, but it's probably still a good idea to remove the AddThis code. Can you check with the site and see if they have any updated code for you to use? If not, you may want to bring it to their attention that their code is creating bad cookies. I can give you more details if you need them.
