Disable Adding Attachments by Board

Pretty simple idea here - select a board from the plugin's interface, type in some text to show up in place of the button (or leave it blank if you'd like the button to simply not appear) and check the "Yes" button under "Disable?" to prevent any use of the Add Attachment button on the board you selected.

You can use <style> tags to format the look of the message.

I tried several times to install this plugin on my forum but each time, it installed on one board and not the others. We have a pretty high number of boards and sub-boards, and our members enjoy posting photos and images. I'd like them to use the "Add image to post" button (another plug-in which I'm very happy to have!) because if they all start using "Add Attachment" we'll run out of storage space at some point.

Making the "Add Attachment" button invisible would seem to be the best way to achieve this.  How do I get it installed on all my boards and sub-boards?  Is there a way to install it "globally"?

The plugin is meant to target specific boards and fill a feature gap that has been requested by some. If you want to disable it globally could you not just disable attachments in admin panel or am I missing some nuance?

Now I feel really stupid. I was browsing the plugin library yesterday and stumbled upon this one. It never occurred to me that there was an easier way to do it. I'm learning this stuff as I go along.
