Needing a theme

Hii 

I am looking for like a theme that i can do for like a Naruto site. Basically i am looking for light colors kind of naruto-y weird to say but yeah. I can't think of anything for it. its a bit hard to come up with something so if you can help that would be great!!!! thankies

If you're still looking for this i may be able to work something up XD

How light are you looking for the theme to be? 

Do you want just the colors, or other plugins and such as well?
