Posting Activity Plus [library support]

hey Wormopolis , stupid question. we're redoing the layout of our profiles, and i can't get the plugin data to show up in the profiles to save my life. ive been using this plugin forever with very little to no problems at all, and it will NOT cooperate on my tester's profile for me.

we use this pretty regularly on our regular site, and i depend on it in order to do activity checks and what not like that, so having it in the profiles is kind of a must. if you, or anyone could help me figure out where im going wrong, that'd be a huge help.

the regular. the hover image on that profile is just the image. trying to get it into the regular profile b/c that's how i do activity checks on my regular site

Your remodel has completely rewritten the structure of the table that used to hold all the summary data. The plugin has no idea where to put the bars now.

yeah, thats what i figured. is there a way to force it into the space i want with html or css coding?

where were you thinking they would fit?

somewhere in the first column like usual, just either above or below the info. im not sure if theres a way i can force it with a div class or id, or if i have to physically copy/paste the coding from another skin into the template to force it to show up. basically once i get it to show up, i can figure out where to place it exactly.

Well currently its hard-coded to find the summary data, create a table and put the summary data on the left and the bars on the right. however you shrunk that down to be in a column that is only half as wide as normal.. which would mean if it tried to what it wants it would widen that column.

not sure if this will fool it enough, but you can try it:

in your layout where you want it to show, put

<table><tr><td class="headings"></td></tr></table>

im a freaking idiot.... i just noticed that i hadnt clicked it in the plugin itself to show on profiles *headdesk* i got it a little bit, but the bars still aren't showing up. if i have to ill just make a skin purely for when i do activity checks and just turn off the 'show in profiles' part if we can't figure it out.

User 1 doesnt have any data saved according the key. User 3 does, Analee. If you look at analee's profile it has a bar

ah ha! okay! i dont have one probably b/c i havent posted anything in over 90 days! that would be why it's not showing up for me. hahaha. thanks!!! thats basically exactly what i needed, was so it at LEAST shows that specific bar!

JR That appears once the bar starts registering posts. If you don't have it then it sounds like you have the same problem that I did (just fixed it.)

You need to put 

<span class="post_act" style="display:none">$[user.registered_on]</span>

Inside the layout template for mini-profiles. If you already did and it's not working (like with what happened with us) experiment putting the code somewhere else in the layout template. For us it just wasn't in a position to be registered.
