Question on Redux Side-Tables

I have two question on the Redux Side-Table Plug-In, because I'm having issues getting it to do what I want it to:

1) I want the text inside of a box to jusyify, not to align to the right (like in the welcome box) and I want the titles of each box to be centered. How can I fix this?

2) The text in the boxes have large spaces between them, like they are double-spaced. Is there a way for me to get it single-spaced instead?

Hi, Jeopardy.

Change the ID for the welcome box to something else. It's showing like that because "welcome" is an ID already used by something on the forum.
