Moving a thread once it's locked

Not sure if it's a plugin I need to make this idea work but I'll post it here anyways. 

I would like a way to make a thread move to the bottom of the list of threads once locked.  And also to return back to the top of the threads once unlocked. 

Do you think this is do able?  Thanks

not going to be possible. the order is determined by the server. you would essentially have to bump ALL other threads in order to make that even happen manually.

the reverse is easy though. once you unlock it, then bump it. it goes back to the top.

Would the thread go to the bottom of all threads, or just to the bottom of the current page of threads? THe latter could be done.

I was hoping the bottom of all the threads but I guess I already got my answer. Thanks anyways
