"Give Item" has disappeared for only one member...

Hello! I have the Gold Shop installed on my forum, so I'm able to give items to all of my members, and I went to give one today, however the option is not there. I looked at everyone else's profile, and I'm able to give everyone a gift, except for this one new member... Is this something he/she has disabled, or is it a glitch? Here is his/her profile:

Is this the monetary system plugin on your forum you are referring to?

I have the monetary system, but this feature is for the Gold Shop plugin. When a new member joins, I give them two free items, so I go to the shop, purchase these two items, go to their profile, and give them the items. For some reason the button that says "Give Item" is not there on his/her account, and I'm wondering why... Oh, and the "remove item" is also not there(part of the Gold Shop)

this process will likely go quicker if you make a new post in the support thread for that plugin itself and tag the author. the regular support board deals more with the builtin proboards functions, and not 3rd party plugins.
