Save a post as draft

I thought I saw a thread in the plug-in or templates section that allowed members to save a "draft" of their posts, then come back to it and submit it later. I've looked for it since, can't find it.

If such a plug-in or template exists, can anyone please link to it? If not, would it be possible for someone to create one? Thank you.

In V5 you can edit your profile and go to the settings tab and there should be an "Enable Drafts" [yes/no] option.
