I have no tech or pc education. What is Yootil? Would it be for a person having a lack of tech and pc knowledge?

It helps run some of the plug ins you might use. If you d/l a plug in and its says (Yootil) next to it.. Then you will need it.
Also make sure the Yootil plug in is at the top of your plug ins list..

Ok - Lets say you wanted to use Peters - plugin - Global Messages That plugin asks that you download the yootil plugin also
So You download the yootil plugin - Once it is downloaded and installed on your forum plugins You make sure it at the very top of all your plugins - by clicking and dragging it to the very top
Then once it shows at the very top of your plugin list
You download the Global Messages plugin - making sure that is below the yootil plugin
And any other plugins that say you need the yootil plugin
