Not sure if this would be possible, but if it is, then great!
Basically what the title suggests.
I don't want people on my forum creating multiple accounts.
Is there a way to stop this via a plug in?
EG. Account 1 is already on the forum.
Account 1 goes to create Account 2 with a different email address.
Account 2 created and posting.
Account 1 creates another account, Account 3.
Account 3 created and posting.
^^^I want a plug in to notify staff of these account 2& 3 being made on the same IP as Account 1
Even better if the Plug in allows you to set a number of same IP's the forum is allowed.

Plugins cannot modify the registration structure, and have no access to IPs on most pages. Also keep in mind that users can share an IP.
You can, of course, always search for multiple accounts on the same IP via the cog menu beside any post (look inside the moderate submenu) or any profile page.
