marquee in dynamic tab table. [rd]

Really dumb question, but here goes.

As you can see by the [ updates ] tab in the dynamic table, the information is scrolling using marquee on mouseover script. Well I have tried every number from 1 through to 6, to try and slow down the speed and none of them have worked.

Any and all suggestions welcomed, whatever's suggested can't be as dumb as the actual question asked by myself so knock yourselves out and thanks to whoever does hop on this.

That isn't a valid parameter. Replace the colon with an equals.
