I thought some might find this useful It's not often I look to the right of the board when viewing the latest threads To show the time and date under the latest thread link on the board I found this much easier to see the time/date the thread was posted on Or the time the last post was made to that thread By showing the time/date under the latest thread link on the board
Showing date time the thread was posted on - Or the time/date of the last reply a thread received.
Add the time and date Of the "LAST POST" posted on a thread! Under the latest thread link on each boardView Screenshot Go admin > Layout Templates > Thread ListLook for this line $[thread]And on the same line
Add
$[thread.last_post.created_on]So it will look like this $[thread]
$[thread.last_post.created_on]REMINDER You can click on the preview button to see how it will look Before clicking to save any changes to your templateSteve

Good stuff.
Can this be made to work retroactively.
Threads were already created, and they "10 hours ago", but I am looking to go back and get the time stamp.
Thanks

Thanks If a thread was posted say: June 2012 if your forum/boards that old it should show the time and date that thread was posted under the thread title You know I had to look up what retroactively was LOL Hehehe

Thanks, the post were created just last night. So based on your answer, at some point, maybe 12 hours, 24 hours, it will change to the actual time.
Do you happen to know that length of time?
Thanks again

@xsteveuk - I just want to say that I've probably only ever used your templates on my forum. You've been so incredibly helpful for me so thank you very much ^.^
