Not without editing the source code of the plugin. can u edit it for me? That's not among the services I provide in the support threads for my plugins. Sorry. The Build section of the plugin is available for those who wish to edit the source code of the plugin, but it's completely up to them to make those modifications.

Okay, so I read through this whole thread and didn't see an answer that helped me, so here goes.
I have placed mine exactly where I want it with NO issues, and it works just fine. But I do not want the legend name displayed. I just want the squares. Where exactly in the code would I need to tinker to get rid of it? It's just that I am OCD about my layout being even and with having 'Legend' below the squares, it's the one segment that is larger than the others and I want it gone.
Thank you for your time and LOVE this plug in!

But just by adding a simple space rather than text, it did exactly as I wanted.. HUZZAH!

Since this is an older thread, want to ask updated questions. I downloaded it, placed at the Footer (don't know enough of code to place in between) & it works however the names are still not color coded. I enabled rank text colors. Saved. Still not working.

You would have to go into ADMIN > MEMBER > GROUPS. support.proboards.com/thread/460346/creating-managing-member-groups?I think that is how the color is used. I could be wrong but I know when I had this up on my forum it picked up the color from the group colors you set for each of the groups. EDITED: I think I had to manually retrieve the color to put in the legend plugin (user).

I visited your forum to give it a try and the names appear to be correctly adopting the colors you specified in the plugin settings. If the plugin isn't working properly can you provide a screenshot of the issue and describe what's amiss in the screenshot? The plugin has no way to automatically obtain the colors specified in the group settings. Assuming you were using this plugin you would have had to specify these colors yourself.

It changed mine, Admin, but all others are still default. If Member Groups works to change the colors, then why would we need User Legend Blocks?

It changed mine, Admin, but all others are still default. If Member Groups works to change the colors, then why would we need User Legend Blocks? The purpose of the plugin is to show which group each color represents, just like how the Legend container above the Forum Information & Statistics shows what each of the forum icons represents. A plugin should not be necessary to change your member group colors as that's already a feature of the forum itself.

ZandraJoi, these screenshots do not illustrate the issue you are experiencing. Can you give me any further details about what exactly is wrong with the plugin? As far as I can tell it's working exactly as expected on your forum based on the plugin settings you've specified.

Members names aren't color coded. Mine, Admin, ZandraJoi is the different blue like I selected but all other names are the default colors. New Members are supposed to be a yellow color.

As I explained, this plugin isn't supposed to change their name colors. All it does is add a legend to the page to show what each color represents. Members > Member Groups in your admin area controls group name colors. In Themes > Theme Manager clicking on a theme to open its settings and selecting the Groups & Ranks tab will allow you to specify whether a group should use the group colors you specified on the Member Groups page or if they should use different colors on that theme. There is no built-in feature that controls rank colors. You'll need a different plugin or code for that.

Thank you for your help! I deleted the plugin since it's not what I want. I'll make another post on the Member Groups as the different colors still are not showing up.
