Extract groups to spreadsheet?

We have a lot of teams on our board and I want to be able to extract 'Group Name, Group Status, Display name, forum email' into a spreadsheet, like the list below, so I can have a quick way to establish who is in which team and ensure everyone has been allocated a work team and every team has a leader.

I was advised that a custom template could do this (http://support.proboards.com/thread/480306/extract-profile-data?page=1&scrollTo=5496836) but I've had a look at it and don't feel confident with html.

Can anyone oblige with help on this please?
