Plug ins not working in all themes

I have a problem with plug ins not working in all themes. Not sure if this belongs here or in the plug in board, please feel free to move it if so. Can't remember if all are plug ins !

The plug ins that don't work in all themes are:
Live Clock (posted comment about this in the live clock thread)

Any help would be great. It's not a big deal as only a few members/mods use themes other than the default.

Live clock issue resolved.

location issue resolved. Didn't know you had to do it in the theme layout/mini profile for each theme.

I'm still learning...lol
