Here is my idea for commands in the shoutbox, it makes the shoutbox more like a chatbox, (it also makes it so when your using the shoutbox you are on a "online users" list):
Member Commands:
/msg (username) (message) Message a user with a hidden shout only they can see
/help Lists the available commands
/clearme Clears the shoutbox, only takes effect for you
/block (user) Allows you to prevent a user from using /msg or talking to you.
/private (y/n) Enables private mode, in which you can only see shouts from people you add to your private, and makes it so everything you say is also only visible to them
/privateuser (user) Adds/Removes a user from your privates
/shout (message) Says something to everybody even if your on private mod
/msgoff Makes it so you cannot be messaged, do it again to enable being messaged
Moderator Commands:
/ban (user) Bans a user
/tempban (user) (hours) Temp Bans a user
/kick (user) Kicks a user from the shoutbox, making them unable to use or see it for 1 minute
/mute (user) Prevents the user from talking in the shoutbox or using /msg and /shout
Admin Commands:
/invis Makes you seem offline to the shoutbox users
/disable (user) (command) Makes a user unable to use a specific command
/msgtoggle Toggles the ability to use messages on the shoutbox all together
/mod (user) Gives a user shoutbox moderator
/admin (user) Gives a user shoutbox Admin
/shoutbox (allow moderator bypass:y/n) Disables the shoutbox for all but admins (and mods if enabled)
/sudo (user) (command or chat message) Forces a user to run a command, the command works even if that person has it disabled or has no access to it
/say (message) Say something as the name "Console" like: CONSOLE: Goto the main fourms to apply for staff! It also has red tect and is bold
