Sidebar Shoutbox Size Problem

I was able to move the shoutbox to the sidebar. I am just unable to make the shoutbox a little larger so it is easier to type in. 

I would like the shoutbox to like like this one, on this forum. politicalanimal.freeforums.net/

Hi, andrewus.

1) In your plugin settings, change the container the shoutbox is in to Style 2.

2) Click on the Header/Footer tab of the plugin and add this.

#side-shoutbox > .content-box { border: 0; padding: 0 !important; background-color: transparent; }
</style>

Once that's done and saved, your shoutbox should display as if it were a regular container.

You'll need to specify a width for the right sidebar in the plugin settings (be sure to read the ? tooltip to learn how to specify the width properly).

If you want to make your shoutbox taller, you'll need to edit its height in your admin area via Settings > Shoutbox.
